We are looking for a Global Total Rewards Director.
Description:
Provide subject matter expertise in employee compensation and benefit compliance, cost optimization, and global process standardization aligned to Orbia guidelines.
Run ongoing market analysis and develop data-driven recommendations for strategy, design and cost structure changes to ensure maintenance of competitive compensation and benefits practices
Manage employee benefits programs and vendors (healthcare, retirement, insurance, etc.) to ensure they meet the needs of the workforce while remaining cost-effective and compliant
Partner and influence key stakeholders to advise and educate on Orbias pay philosophy, policy, and practice, ensuring all compensation programs are administered fairly and communicated consistently.
Stay current on market trends, legislation, and industry practices to ensure the companys Total Rewards programs remain compliant and competitive.
Utilize data analytics and market intelligence to drive decisions, including compensation benchmarking, cost analysis, employee satisfaction, and program effectiveness
Oversee the assigned business groups participation in the governance of all HR Information Systems, ensuring the implementation of the global HRIS principles and guidelines.
Supervise Israel payroll activities and ensure smooth and accurate operations
Oversee the strategy, policy, and administration of international mobility programs, including expatriate assignments and permanent transfers.
Lead and mentor a team of professionals, ensuring high performance, professional growth, and collaboration within the HR department
Requirements: In-depth knowledge of compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellness program design
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to leverage internal and external relationships/partnerships with industry and thought leaders to stay on the leading edge of technology, innovation, and systems to maintain our position as market leaders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Academic Level: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related field required. Masters degree a plus.
Language(s) and level of proficiency: Proficient in English. Spanish is an advantage
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience working in the Total Rewards field, managing compensation and benefits programs.
