As an R D Lab Technician, you will play a key role in the validation and verification of new and existing products by performing strain gage and product testing, reliability assessments, thermal and functional evaluations, and performance testing under various environmental and operational conditions.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Quality team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the organization's Quality Management system (QMS), ensuring compliance with industry standards, supporting audits, driving corrective actions, and contributing to operational excellence and product quality throughout the product realization lifecycle.

Lead NCR, MRB, 8D, and corrective action processes.
Administer quality software and maintain quality records.
Prepare monthly quality reports and KPI tracking.
Oversee Incoming Inspection of materials and parts
Follow up the Regulatory requirements for materials and prepare the relevant declarations
Handle the FAI reports preparation

The Applications Engineer will provide Technical Support to the pre-sale's activities for the companys key customers worldwide.

Serve as the contact point between BD/R D/Costing/Operations/ QA and actively support the BD pipeline activity.

Handles complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires high level evaluation of intangible variance factors.

Learn, explore and build a knowledge base of customer applications and market requirement in the target segments.

Support the pre-sale process, serve as a technology expert to both prospective customers and existing pre-sale activities
Provide solution for complex requirements, by deep understanding of the products and thinking outside the box
