We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to support and manage customer relationships. Youll help customers get the most out of OneAIs platform, keep an eye on their KPIs, and work with them to solve problems or explore new use cases. Internally, youll share what youre hearing with the Product, Research, and Management teams so we can keep improving.
This role is hands-on, and were looking for someone whos comfortable with a mix of customer-facing and internal work, and who enjoys helping others succeed.
What Youll Do:
Build and maintain working relationships with assigned customers
Support onboarding and integration of OneAIs platform.
Track customer KPIs and help make sure goals are on track.
Learn about customer use cases and help them get the most out of the product.
Spot issues early and work with the team to resolve them.
Share feedback with internal teams to guide product and process updates.
Look for natural opportunities to expand usage or improve value for customers.
Location: Remote / Herzelia / Hybrid.
Employment Type: Full-time (open to flexible arrangements if required).
Requirements: 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role, ideally in SaaS, APIs, FinTech, or PropTech.
Some experience with customer KPIs or success metrics.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
English at a native level, both written and spoken.
Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a part-time role.
Nice to have: Familiarity with AI, NLP, or startup environments.
