Executive Manager
Management and control processes of the implementation of strategic and annual work plans, ensure the organization's compliance with the strategic senior management plan presented to the board.
Job Responsibilities
-Supporting the development of long-term organizational strategy.
-Assessing market trends and competitors.
-Identifying threats and opportunities.
-Planning, implementing and managing proposed recommendations and projects.
-Monitoring and reporting on strategic projects.
-Monthly and ongoing reports
-Preparation of presentations for conferences, quarterly meetings, global visits, etc.
-Supporting and guiding senior executive decision-making processes.
-Preparing meeting's agenda, taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
-Miscellaneous tasks to support the CEO, to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with corporate governance, legislation and regulations
-Various ad hoc requests.
Requirements: -Native English
-Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
-Outstanding research and analytical abilities.
-Strong organizational and planning skills.
-Strong leadership skills
-Degree in business or related field, MBA preferred.
-3-5 years of experience in business administration, management consulting or strategic planning.
-Project management skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
