The Role:
We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing people strategy at Cross River. This isn’t just a senior HR role—it’s a high-impact opportunity for a proven HR leader with hands-on expertise across the full HR spectrum. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, offering strategic and operational support to managers, employees, and leadership. Acting as a trusted right-hand to the Director of HR, you’ll influence core decisions, lead change, and elevate both the employee experience and HR function.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
* Serve as a strategic advisor to managers on employee relations, performance, and engagement
* Provide expert guidance across compensation, benefits, talent management, L&D, and workforce planning
* Lead and execute HR initiatives that boost employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
* Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to guide decision-making and talent strategy
* Partner with leadership on change management efforts and organizational development
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, conducting audits and implementing improvements
* Collaborate with global HR teams to localize and implement global initiatives
* Lead or support ad hoc HR projects as needed
What You Bring to the Table:
* 8+ years of experience in HR business partnering roles— Must
* Experience in global, Israeli hi-tech environments— Must
* Native-level fluency in both English and Hebrew (written and verbal)— Must
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, or a related field— A bonus
* Availability working 4 times a week from our Jerusalem office
* Strong interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills with a proactive mindset
* Proven problem-solver with analytical skills and attention to detail
* Experience using an HRIS (preferably Workday), as well as Excel and project management tools
