This position will enable organizational excellence by designing and delivering leadership development programs, driving capability building, and executing strategic OD initiatives
This role partners with HR and business leaders to support transformation, strengthen leadership capability, streamline core people processes and ensure high-quality that supports the companys strategic priorities.
Lead the design and execution of leadership development programs, including foundational offerings, talent offerings and tailored solutions.
Streamline and lead the deployment of core organizational people processes (Talent, Engagement, etc.).
Diagnose organizational needs and design targeted OD interventions that strengthen culture, performance and team effectiveness.
Support change efforts by developing communication plans and tools for transformation
Execute programs end to end, including planning, systems set-up, coordination, and monitoring.
Design and facilitate engaging workshops and learning sessions for diverse audiences.
Requirements: 10+ years of experience in Organizational Development and leadership development - mandatory.
Proven track record in designing, delivering and scaling leadership and capability building programs.
Ability to conceptualize and structure streamlined cross-organizational processes.
Strong project and process management skills, along with solid technological proficiency.
Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
Experience working in a diverse and multicultural environment.
High level of English proficiency.
