HR Generalist

Support core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
Assist with maintaining employee data and processes within the HRIS system (e.g., HiBob).
Provide day-to-day HR operational support to employees and managers when needed.
Collaborate with managers to ensure alignment with HR policies, processes, and best practices.
Support HR initiatives related to people operations and employee experience as needed.
Requirements:
Experience recruiting GTM roles (Sales, Customer Success, or similar) in the US and UK - must.
Experience working with HRIS systems (preferably HiBob) and ATS platforms such as Comeet or similar.
4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist, or People Operations roles, preferably in a global startup or high-growth tech company.
Background as an HR Generalist or supporting HR processes alongside recruitment - a strong advantage.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple processes in parallel.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with global stakeholders.
Fluent English and Hebrew - Must
Ability to collaborate with global teams across time zones - Must
Experience recruiting in companies with complex technological products or developer-focused platforms - an advantage.
