- Develop and implement a cohesive Operational marketing plan to increase brand awareness
- Set current and long-term goals for internal teams
- Design and review the Operational Marketing departments budget
- Design and create content to support the brand platform and its strategic objectives
- Build relationships with media, Influencers, B2B and partnerships through creative Grassroots, digital and PR marketing activities strategies
- Design, communicate and lead the brand VM strategy, concepts and rollout
- Monitor marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary
- Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
- Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
- Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events
- Forecast hiring needs for the unit.
Requirements: - Proven work experience as a brand activation, VM, Trade Marketing, brand marketing lead of at least 7 years
- Beauty, retail, consumer goods industry exposure
- Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
- Knowledge of online/offline marketing and marketing channels
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
