The Director of Growth Marketing is a strategic and operational Marketing leader responsible for driving scalable, predictable, and measurable Marketing driving revenue growth. This role blends ownership of data driven GTM program, and full-funnel growth strategy. Youll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to identify opportunities, operationalize strategy, and execute initiatives that accelerate our trajectory.
What Youll Do:
GTM Program Leadership:
Define, develop, and execute Global GTM Marketing programs aligned with our business goals and growth targets.
Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities for GTM optimization and innovation.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute major initiatives, including market expansion, new product rollouts, and strategic partnerships.
Oversee Marketing demand generation programs and ABM campaign strategy, timelines, resource allocation, accountability frameworks, and execution metrics.
Develop processes and dashboards for measuring Marketing ROI and performance impact.
Stay current on GTM trends and industry benchmarks to inform strategy.
Full-Funnel Marketing & Channel Innovation:
Architect and scale a full-funnel marketing approachtop-of-funnel brand awareness and demand generation to bottom-of-funnel deal acceleration.
Drive Account-Based Marketing strategy across different segments using intent based targeting, personalization, and orchestration.
Integrate intent-based data and behavioral signals to prioritize accounts, tailor campaigns, and shorten sales cycles.
Drive multi-channel acquisition across paid media, SEO, content, email, social, video, and podcastingoptimized for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to enhance searchability and AI visibility.
Monetize our brand presence through owned media channels (PPC, owned content, webinars, podcasts, video series) and field/in-person events, tracking contributions to pipeline and revenue.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Brand teams to ensure channel-specific strategies reinforce our value proposition.
Growth Strategy & Execution:
Lead and scale the Marketing Operations function, managing Marketing systems, process design, and performance analytics.
Architect and optimize the end-to-end Marketing and sales process, from lead routing to deal closing and renewals.
Lead the growth roadmap with a focus on acquisition, activation, and retention.
Build internal alignment and drive execution across growth, product, and revenue teams.
Requirements: 10+ years of experience in Marketing Demand Generation and ABM growth strategies, with 5+ in a leadership role.
Proven track record in Enterprise B2B SaaS, leading GTM strategy through hyper-growth phases.
Deep knowledge of HubSpot (admin-level understanding preferred) and marketing and sales process automation.
Strong grasp of SaaS economics and metrics: ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, and expansion.
Analytical mindset with the ability to distill data into actionable insights and strategic decisions.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating across Marketing, Sales, and Product.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
English mother tongue or fluent.
