Are you a versatile MIS Developer experienced in NetSuite ERP development, system integrations, and automation?
Join our Corporate Applications team, where youll help scale our core financial systems by building customized NetSuite solutions, integrating cutting-edge iPaaS workflows, and driving process automation across the organization.
Designing, developing, and maintaining NetSuite customizations - including SuiteScripts (2.x), SuiteFlows, and advanced PDF templates.
Building integrations between NetSuite and other business systems using Workato, ensuring reliable data flow and automation.
Implementing end-to-end automation across Finance, Procurement, Legal and other teams by leveraging APIs, iPaaS recipes, and custom scripts.
Analyzing and optimizing business processes to identify opportunities for system-driven improvements and efficiency gains.
Developing and deploying AI-based automations and tools to improve process efficiency, anomaly detection, and predictive insights across financial and operational workflows
Contributing to system governance by maintaining data integrity, security, and audit readiness across integrations.

As our ERP & GenAI Tech Specialist in the Tel Aviv office, youll be a key player in our companys Information Systems team, driving innovation across finance systems through technology and AI. What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

* Own and manage the entire Microsoft stack at Cross River including Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook
* Administer, configure, and continuously improve D365 CRM and the Power Platform suite
* Lead architecture, governance, and release management for environments, CI/CD, and ALM
* Provide technical support and training to users across the company
* Maintain environment security, compliance (GDPR, GLBA), and disaster recovery policies
* Act as a technical SME and advisor for partner onboarding processes and cross-functional solutions
* Champion data accuracy and oversee documentation, data uploads, and reports

The global Customer Support Department is looking for a global ERP & CRM Senior SME (Subject Matter Expert) to support our implementation of an advanced ERP and CRM systems.
The global customer support department is based in Israel, and it is responsible for providing end-to-end business, technical, and operational solutions to all customers from the installation stage until the end of the product life cycle.
The role of Global CS ERP & CRM Senior SME is an integral part of the service organization, and you will report to the Global CS Business Director. In this role, you will be the customer support focal point for the ERP/CRM project, responsible for designing, training, and coordinating the different service field processes.
As part of your role, you will be required to ensure full alignment between Corp, Divisions, and Regions, and the project functions.
Responsibilities
What will you be doing:
Lead the field CRM assimilation of phase I of the system (and in a later stage, phase II), and co-work with the IT and the field teams to resolve open issues effectively.
Create reports, dashboards, metrics, and monitoring processes of data integrity and quality to support business, technical, and knowledge transfer needs.
