Developing both new and existing business within major accounts across the Israel market within FSI, Hitech
Consistently deliver adventurous license, support and service revenue quotas on a quarterly and yearly basis
Building and maintaining C -level relationships within our major accounts, identifying joint regional sales strategies
Working closely with the vendor for maximum efficiency with a demonstrable background of closing large opportunities
Named Account penetration, account planning and opportunity management
Building and managing a sales pipeline and forecasting, tracking activities and progress throughout the sales process
Engaging and leveraging internal, international and local, teams to maximize and expand deal sizes. Working closely with sales engineering, Professional Services, marketing, in-house as well as partner services resources
Requirements: 3+ years Enterprise Software selling experience to Enterprise Accounts is a must
Ability to grow and scale upward with the company; first line management experience a plus
Very comfortable in the C suite with a track record of managing and developing up to 8 account load
Strong executive presence and polish
Forecasting commitments and forecasting accuracy
Outstanding management, interpersonal, written and presentation skills
Thrives in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
Able to work independently and remotely from members of your team
Relevant software proven experience in any of the following IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, security, and/or analytics.
Use CRM systems (Sales Force)
Hebrew and English Proficiency
