Lead marketing projects for the companys four business units, from brief to execution, including timeline, task, and vendor management.
Work closely with MARCOM on digital campaigns, webinars, events, and Demand Generation activities including performance tracking and optimization.
Implement and manage marketing tools and platforms ( Marketing Automation, CRM, project/task systems), ensuring smooth integration with business needs.
Conduct market and customer research, analyze data, monitor competitors, and extract insights that guide messaging and new marketing opportunities.
Build dashboards and periodic reports, track marketing KPIs, and present insights to management and business units.
Requirements: Academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Industrial Engineering with a marketing orientation - required.
MBA or further studies in digital marketing or product management an advantage.
2- 3 years of experience in B2B tech marketing (Marketing Project Manager, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, MARCOM) - required.
Hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing (campaigns, content, events, webinars, SEO / SEM ).
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to measure and improve marketing performance, hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and BI tools - required.
Excellent writing skills in Hebrew and English.
