Required Cloud - Customer Success Engineer
As a Cloud Customer Success Engineer, you will be regarded as a technical expert specialized in deploying, supporting, and optimizing our enterprise platform within cloud environments. You will be a vital part of the "Flight Crew" for our customers, working closely with a dedicated team of Support Engineers and Success Managers to manage all post-sales activity and ensure maximum adoption.
Your focus will extend beyond traditional support into active customer success-helping clients design, automate, and navigate hybrid and multi-cloud architectures. You will use your deep cloud-native expertise, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and client-facing mastery to help customers successfully run the AI OS across the world's leading public and private cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy & Maintain: Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud services and infrastructure components in customer public and private cloud environments.
Build Trusted Relationships: Develop deep, technical, and trusted relationships with customers based on technical excellence, a customer-first mindset, and your command of the Cloud product portfolio.
Automation & IaC: Contribute to cloud automation and orchestration efforts using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and scripting (e.g., Python, Shell).
Cloud Operations & Observability: Understand and regularly interact with each cloud provider's native monitoring, logging, dashboards, and observability tools, alongside infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus).
Deep Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex CSP instances and networks. Systematically parse logs to identify and resolve issues within the Cloud Provider that extend beyond the AI OS itself.
Root Cause Analysis: Perform thorough root cause analysis (RCA) and post-incident reviews for infrastructure-level incidents to ensure continuous improvement and platform stability.
OnPrem/Hybrid Integration: Work with customers to integrate our Cloud with their existing On-Premises systems, facilitating robust Hybrid Cloud architectures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our engineering, product management, pre-sales, and professional services to elevate product features, escalate unresolved bugs, and advocate for customer-specific priorities
Requirements: Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Technical Support, Cloud Engineering, or Post-Sales) working with complex cloud infrastructure, networking, or storage solutions.
Multi-Cloud Expertise: Extensive expertise with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) like AWS, Azure, and GCP, covering instance management, operations, and the ability to quickly ramp up on any missing provider.
Cloud Networking & Security: Advanced understanding of cloud networking and security-specifically designing, deploying, and integrating cloud architectures with On-Premises systems (Hybrid Cloud).
Diagnostics Skills: Practical and demonstrable cloud networking diagnostic skills (VPC/VNet, subnets, route tables, security groups) and utilization of Linux OS utilities for client-to-cluster troubleshooting.
Scripting & Cloud CLIs: Highly skilled at creating and debugging Python scripts using cloud APIs/SDKs. Proficiency with cloud CLIs (AWS CLI/aws, Google Cloud CLI/gcloud, Azure CLI/az) and scripting (Python, Shell/Bash) for diagnostics and automation.
Linux Systems Administration: Advanced Linux systems administration experience (primarily Rocky Linux or similar Enterprise Linux distributions).
Containerization & Orchestration: Strong experience working with Docker and Kubernetes environments.
Infrastructure as Code: Practical, hands-on experience using Terraform and Ansible to deploy and manage cloud-native infrastructure.
This position is open to all candidates.
