Our mission is to make Web3 safe and secure for everyone. We are building a Real-Time security platform for Web3, helping Web3 protocols, dApps, asset managers and service providers to protect their users and funds from theft caused by phishing, scams, fraud and exploits.
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team in this pivotal role focused on safeguarding digital assets and supporting HR and admin functions. This is our first HR and Admin hire, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
As a foundational role, you will have the opportunity to shape and lead our HR and office management practices.
This is an 80% position based in our Tel-Aviv office (on-site position) Human Resources:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling, and conducting HR interviews while collaborating with hiring managers.
* Build and deliver an exceptional candidate and Employee Experience! Lead seamless onboarding and offboarding processes from offer acceptance through day one and beyond.
* Coordinate employee engagement activities, such as team events, celebrations, happy hours, holidays, company fun-day.
* Assist in implementing and ensuring HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives.
* Plan and execute the Learning and Development program.
Office Administration:
* Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment- Manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment for employees and visitors.
* Assist with travel arrangements, and other logistical tasks for team members and executives.
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including issuing invoices, managing monthly records, and budget tracking.
* IT support- procurement of laptops and peripherals.
Requirements: * At least 3 years experience in an HR role, in a hi-tech or dynamic work environment.
* At least 2 years experience in an Admin role, in a hi-tech or dynamic work environment.
* Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including conducting HR interviews, collaborating closely with hiring managers, and utilizing HR software/tools (e.g., Comeet).
* Experience planning and executing employee engagement and welfare activities, such as happy hours, team events, and fun days.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Approachable, team-oriented, and focused on being accessible and responsive to the needs of employees and management.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
