We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FP&A Director to lead our FP&A team in Israel. This role will be crucial in driving financial performance and strategic planning across the organization. As the leader of our Israel FP&A team, you will run the Corporate FP&A function as well as partner closely with our Product, Engineering, HR, Legal, Finance, and Site Operations teams, while also overseeing our Hosting/Cloud cost management. Your role will be key in executing and continuously improving FP&A processes that are critical to our business success.
As a Director of FP&A you will...
Team Leadership & Development:
Take a hands-on approach to lead and mentor the FP&A team in Israel, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence.
Ensure the team delivers high-quality financial analysis, planning, and reporting to support decision-making across the organization.
Corporate FP&A Leadership:
Drive the global FP&A processes (Corporate FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and financial close, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Partner with the Product and Engineering teams to provide financial insights that drive product development and innovation, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
Cost Management & Analysis:
Take ownership of Hosting/Cloud cost management, providing detailed analysis and reporting to optimize expenditures and support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and manage costs, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
Partner closely with HR and Site Operations to align financial planning with business needs, driving accountability and transparency across the organization.
Support strategic initiatives and projects, providing financial insights and recommendations that contribute to the companys long-term success.
Process Improvement:
Continuously seek opportunities to improve FP&A processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Lead initiatives to automate and streamline financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights to stakeholders.
Partner across IT and FP&A on the FP&A system roadmap to both develop and implement the plan.
Requirements: 8+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a management role within FP&A.
Previous experience in Corporate FP&A or running FP&A processes with a focus on financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Board of director and Executive reporting a plus.
Experience partnering with Product, Cloud hosting, Engineering, HR, and/or Site Operations teams; experience in the technology, SaaS, or software industry is a plus.
Proven ability to build, lead and develop a high-performing team.
Strong analytical skills, with expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and cost management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with a strong understanding of how to leverage technology, tools, and automation to improve processes.
Comfort and experience working with C-level and senior executive.
