We are seeking an experienced IT Project Portfolio Lead to oversee the companys IT project portfolio and ensure alignment with business strategy, resources, and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the overall IT project portfolio in line with organizational strategy
Define, implement, and continuously improve PMO frameworks, processes, templates, and reporting mechanisms
Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to align priorities and resources
Oversee project budgets, schedules, milestones, and KPIs
Prepare executive dashboards and lead portfolio review meetings
Guide project managers on governance standards and best practices
Identify risks, cross-project dependencies, and proactively monitor portfolio performance
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in PMO, IT governance, or portfolio management roles
PMP or PRINCE2 certification - an advantage
Strong analytical mindset with advanced reporting capabilities
Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and presentation skills
Experience working in a global, multi-site environment - an advantage
High level of English, both written and spoken
