As a member of the PwC Israel Human Resources Team, youll not only deliver technology support - you will take part in HR Transformation and help our team unlock their full potential and set them on the fast track to a better way of working. You will have the unique opportunity to leverage Workday expertise and inform our strategic development with data analytics and insights.
* Advance local adoption of Workday HCM and Recruiting products in close cooperation with our HR team members.
* Provide training and ad hoc guidance on Workday processes to enable HR professionals, business stakeholders, and employees to more fully utilise the technology.
* Troubleshoot key issues HR and staff members have with Workday and escalate issues to PwC Global team as needed.
* Contribute to change management process including functional requirements identification and validation.
Requirements: * HR functional knowledge and detailed understanding of at least one aspect of the HR Employee proposition and life cycle Required.
* Workday experience of Core HR, and ideally and of the following modules: Talent Performance, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting Advantage.
* At least four years of experience with human resource systems such as Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday - Required.
* Advanced skills in MS Office and/or Gsuite Required.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate with stakeholders Required.
* Strong customer oriented approach coupled with the ability to mitigate problems and deliver solutions on the expected level Required.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure Required.
