Youll run first-round screens, manage scheduling, and keep our hiring process moving quickly and cleanly. Youll make sure strong candidates are identified early and nothing falls through the cracks.
This role is not about strategy. Its about precision, consistency, and follow-through.
What Youll Do
Run structured first-round candidate screens (10-15 min)
Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling across teams
Keep our ATS (Lever) accurate and up to date
Ensure candidates are consistently followed up with
Flag strong candidates early and clearly
Maintain clear visibility into pipeline status (whos where, whats next)
What This Role Is Not
You wont make final hiring decisions
You wont redefine roles or hiring criteria
You wont reject edge cases without alignment.
Requirements: What Were Looking For
Extremely detail-oriented (nothing slips)
Strong written and verbal English
Comfortable with high volume and repetition
Able to follow structure without skipping steps
Responsive and reliable
Nice to Have
Previous recruiting, coordination, or operations experience
Familiarity with ATS tools (Lever, Greenhouse, etc.).
