What Youll Do:
Be a strategic partner across teams- providing coaching, insight, and practical support to leaders, managers, and employees as needs emerge.
Shift focus and priorities fluidly based on organizational needs- joining task forces, leading initiatives, or facilitating transformation projects as part of an agile HR squad.
Drive organizational development efforts such as leadership enablement, team effectiveness etc
Lead and support change initiatives, such as restructuring or culture-building, using inclusive, participatory methods.
Use data and empathy to uncover challenges and build creative, human-centered solutions that elevate the employee experience.
Be a trusted advisor and thought partner, helping others navigate complexity and lead with intention.
Requirements: At least 5 years of HRBP experience, preferably in tech or high-growth settings.
A strong foundation in organizational development, team facilitation, and leading through change.
Strategic thinking, paired with the ability to act quickly and pragmatically.
Adaptability and comfort working across multiple teams, contexts, and priorities.
Curiosity and excitement about innovating HR especially with AI-powered possibilities.
Excellent coaching, communication, and consulting skills.
A collaborative, humble, and proactive mindset.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
A Masters in a related field is a plus.
