We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven RevOps Manager to oversee and streamline the day-to-day operations of our Revenue department.
In this role, you will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring processes align with our Revenue department goals.
You will work closely with leadership and various departments to optimize workflows, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement across the business departments.
What youll do:
Performance & Insights:
Design and deliver structured onboarding programs to accelerate ramp time for new hires.
Implement ongoing training to strengthen skills, deepen product knowledge, and enhance effectiveness across sales, customer success, and GTM teams.
Define success metrics and leverage data-driven insights to track the impact of enablement efforts.
Drive continuous improvement in team performance and revenue outcomes through actionable insights.
Customer Journey Optimization:
Collaborate with revenue team leads to refine prospect & customer touchpoints and processes to ensure a seamless and value-driven customer experience.
Work cross-functionally to design strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with GTM leaders and other departments to align on customer engagement and enablement priorities.
Act as a bridge between teams, fostering a culture of high performance and customer-centricity.
Coaching & Development:
Collaborate with team leaders to provide targeted coaching that addresses performance gaps, acquires new skills, and strengthens our knowledge. This will enhance our deal execution and improve key customer journey touchpoints, including discovery, demos, negotiations, kickoff meetings, business reviews, and ongoing communication.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, with a strong understanding of GTM processes and methodologies.
Ability to motivate and empower revenue teams, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Proven ability to design and deliver tailored training programs for diverse audiences, driving adoption and effectiveness across teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
Strong track record of working effectively with teams across the organization, building relationships, and aligning priorities.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships at all levels.
Experience with LMS and other enablement technologies.
