We are looking for a talented Account-Based Marketing Manager to join us .

As the ABM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing account-based marketing strategies to engage high-value prospects and existing customers. You will collaborate closely with sales, content, and digital marketing teams to create highly personalized campaigns that generate pipeline and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic ABM framework to target key accounts and drive engagement.
Work closely with sales teams to identify high-priority accounts and create personalized marketing strategies.
Create and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns, including email, paid media, direct mail, events, and personalized content.
Manage and monitor marketing budgets within an ROI-driven marketing strategy.
Leverage data, insights, and analytics to track campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop targeted messaging and assets.
Align marketing initiatives with sales goals to ensure seamless coordination and effectiveness.
Utilize ABM tools and platforms (such as Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus) to scale and measure campaign success.
Track and report on key ABM metrics, including engagement, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in ABM to continually refine strategies.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in ABM, B2B marketing, or demand generation.
Experience managing paid campaigns in large scales (over $100K a month), on either: Google Ads / Facebook / LinkedIn / Taboola / Outbrain / Etc.
B.A./B.Sc. in Statistics / Math / Engineering / Economy or other quantitative fields.
Highly proficient in spoken and written English - a must
Experience in SaaS, B2B, Cyber Security Company - a huge advantage.
Strong understanding of account-based marketing principles and best practices.
Experience with ABM platforms (6sense, TechTarget, etc.), CRM (Salesforce, etc.), and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
Experienced in working with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Looker, PowerBI, etc.)
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for results.
Excellent communication and project management skills.

Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
Ability to handle customer escalations and implement retention strategies.
Strong long-term client relationship management skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce process documentation and CRM management.
Exceptional communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
