Responsibilities:
Solutions Engineer is subject matter experts (SME) with specialized technology experience in complex systems, which involves mechanics, electronics, software and RF.
The processes of preparation of all assigned proposals, from requirement analysis and Bid-No-Bid processes, through solution/offering concept, proposal integration and write-up, and up to completion of the proposal documentation, risk analysis, competition analysis, costing and presentation to the customer.
Work closely with technical specialists, product managers, subcontractors / potential 3rd party solution partners, sales, finance, R&D, operations, executive team and with other company team members.
Ensure that the proposal conforms to the requirements, instructions, evaluation criteria and the SOW.
Develop and maintain proposal generation processes and tools, as well as proposal templates.
The Solutions Engineer must be well-versed in the selling companys portfolio of products and services and keep up with new technologies entering the market.
Provides coaching and professional development to the sales team member associates to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
Perform Link Budget Analysis

This position will preserve, increase, initiate and lead the Sales and BD efforts for prime countries/accounts in APAC market across all Orbits business lines. As part of the position, you will have to execute sales processes, from pursuit of new business to existing customer relationship management. You will serve as main point of contact for the said accounts, and will have to demonstrate positive customer experience, ability to identify, qualify and capture opportunities, as well involvement in proposal preparation processes.

Responsibilities:
Establishing new accounts and cultivating new business relationships with potential customers and end users and being in constant pursuit of business growth.
Manage and take responsibility for the entire Sales & BD activity for the prime countries/accounts in APAC (schedule meetings, preparing commercial offers, customer hosting etc).
Monitoring and ambition to meet the companys goals on a quarterly and annual level.
Help us to build the brand of Orbit together with the marketing team.
Define the penetration strategy for each prime countries/accounts, including value proposition.
Improving customer experience for the prime countries/accounts under his/her responsibility. Close work with Orbit internal stakeholders to resolve any issues that affect customer satisfaction.
Day-to-day management and growing existing accounts and channels.
Understand the ecosystem of business conduct in the prime countries/accounts, in the relevant market segments, and with existing and potential partners.
Composing and submitting proposals for systems, solutions, spare parts and technical services, all in compliance with company guidelines, after in-depth analysis of each opportunity.
Operate closely with Solution and Product Teams.
Report to management on project/account status by submitting activity and results reports.
Analyses of competition and market opportunities by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising/marketing techniques etc.
Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Summary
As a Technical Escalation Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health and performance of our fleet of installed clusters. You will work in a 24/7 network operations center-style environment, ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of services. This role involves real-time monitoring, incident detection, incident management, incident resolution, and clear written and verbal communication with other teams and stakeholders.
The Role
Monitor clusters using internal monitoring tools to detect and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalation processes.
Perform initial investigation and diagnosis of problems, escalating complex issues to support.
Document incidents, including their details, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the incident tracking system.
Collaborate with other teams, including Support, R&D, Account teams, and customers to ensure effective incident resolution and communication.
Conduct routine checks and audits to identify potential problems or vulnerabilities.
Assist with the implementation of changes and updates to the infrastructure as directed by team leads.
Assist with writing Root Cause Analysis documentation, and delivering to customers within prescribed timelines.
Participate in shift-based work schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to provide 24/7 coverage.
