The Commodity Manager will lead global sourcing activities for indirect categories, including IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Contractors (CW). The role focuses on developing and executing global sourcing strategies, while working closely with business units to support strategic initiatives and business needs.



Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Sourcing Management

Lead the full sourcing lifecycle for assigned indirect categories, including market analysis, supplier selection, competitive bidding, and negotiations.
Ensure sourcing activities support cost optimization, quality, and compliance, in line with company policies, approval processes, and documentation standards.
Supplier & Contract Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure service continuity, risk mitigation, and ongoing value creation.
Manage contract execution, track supplier performance (KPIs), and ensure all agreements and documentation are properly maintained.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
Provide guidance on procurement processes, ensure adherence to sourcing standards, and support internal customers throughout the procurement lifecycle.

The Director of Procurement will lead the companys procurement strategy, processes, and vendor management functions across all global operations. This role will own strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, spend optimization, risk management, and procurement governance.
The ideal candidate is an experienced procurement leader with a background in software, technology, cloud infrastructure, and professional services procurement - able to balance strategic leadership with operational execution in a fast-paced, scaling SaaS environment.
What oull Do:
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute the global procurement strategy aligned with company growth priorities.
Build a scalable procurement operating model supporting multiple regions, teams, and business units.
Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, Security, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations to ensure procurement supports enterprise objectives.
Vendor & Category Management
Lead sourcing and negotiation for software, SaaS applications, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), data services, and professional services.
Establish global category strategies and supplier segmentation frameworks.
Conduct market research to identify emerging suppliers, technologies, and cost-saving opportunities.
Purchasing & Governance
Oversee purchasing operations using Coupa, including supplier onboarding, requisitions, workflows, and spend policies.
Define procurement policies, approval workflows, and spend controls in partnership with Finance and Accounting.
Oversee end-to-end procurement operations including RFPs, vendor evaluations, and contract lifecycle management.
Implement procurement KPIs and dashboards to measure savings, performance, and risk exposure.
Financial & Risk Management
Partner with Finance to forecast spend, manage budgets, and deliver cost optimization initiatives.
Ensure vendor compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements in partnership with Information Security team (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR workflows, InfoSec reviews).
Minimize risk through diversified vendor portfolios and robust contract terms.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor a global procurement team of three.
Build a culture of partnership, transparency, and operational excellence internally and externally.

We are seeking an experienced Head of Vendor Strategy & Commercial Operations who will own vendor sourcing, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and ongoing performance, while designing a robust, repeatable operational process between each vendor and the internal teams they support.

This role plays a key role in shaping and advancing the companys vendor strategy to drive significant year-over-year cost reductions across the vendor base, without compromising quality, service levels, or compliance.

A day in the life and how youll make an impact:

Lead commercial negotiations with new and existing vendors, including renewals, ensuring competitive pricing, strong SLAs, and long-term value.
Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle in partnership with Legal, from requirements definition and redlining through execution and signature.
Partner with internal teams (Operations, R&D, Security, IT, Finance, Support, etc.) to understand business needs and translate them into clear vendor requirements, scopes, and operating models.
Design, implement, and continuously improve the operational workflows that govern how internal teams engage with vendors.
Own vendor onboarding and internal rollout, ensuring clarity around roles, responsibilities, escalation paths, and performance expectations.
Lead vendor governance, risk, and compliance efforts, ensuring vendors meet security, privacy, legal, and operational standards and that risks are proactively identified and mitigated.
Manage ongoing vendor performance through regular reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), driving accountability and continuous improvement.
Analyze vendor spend, identify consolidation and re-sourcing opportunities, and deliver significant year-over-year cost savings.
Serve as the primary internal escalation point for vendor-related issues, coordinating cross-functionally to drive timely resolution.
Maintain centralized vendor documentation (contracts, scorecards, risk assessments, process maps, and renewal calendars), ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Support the deployment, administration, and adoption of third-party risk management and contract lifecycle management tools used to manage vendor data and workflows.
Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning related to vendor spend.
Champion vendor management best practices to improve efficiency, predictability, and compliance across the organization.

We are seeking a Order Management Specialist to support and execute our end-to-end global order fulfillment process. This role is focused on the tactical processing of orders, managing backlog accuracy, and ensuring timely license fulfillment in coordination with Sales, Finance, and Contract Manufacturers. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can independently manage complex order scenarios while maintaining clear communication across stakeholders.
THE ROLE
Tactical Order & License Fulfillment
Manage the daily order backlog by incorporating new orders and updates from Sales, Supply Chain, and VARs.
Review and validate sales quotes, POs and site surveys for accuracy and alignment.
Process sales orders and ensure timely invoicing through Finance.
Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders on order status and fulfillment progress.
Monitor the license backlog closely and collaborate with Sales to align on install timelines, ensuring timely license activation and supporting accurate revenue recognition.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Issue Resolution
Build strong working relationships with Sales, Finance, Operations, and the Contract Manufacturer to resolve issues and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Communicate order status, priority changes, and blockers to stakeholders with clarity and urgency.
Ensure customer-requested ship dates are met and production aligns with contractual terms.
Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Perform weekly audit reports to ensure data accuracy of backlog
Provide monthly reporting on order quality, processing timeliness, and backlog trends.
Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
Communicate daily priorities and escalate risks or issues impacting order throughput.
Special Projects & Growth Opportunities
Participate in cross-functional projects that improve systems, scale order processing, or impact revenue operations.
Contribute to process automation, tool enhancement, and operational documentation.
