From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help publishers achieve their marketing goals.
As a Partnership Manager, youll work with leading publishers focused on paid media. The role includes identifying relevant potential clients, evaluating opportunities, creating partnerships, scaling clients media activity, and serving as a trusted advisor to your partners.
The position is based in Tel Aviv.
Business Development & Growth
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with leading publisher marketers.
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline focused on onboarding new advertisers to Search Arbitrage, driving revenue growth, and achieving performance targets.
- Act as the main point of contact for publisher partners, supporting them throughout the lifecycle, driving business expansion, and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
Operational Excellence & Strategy
- Develop joint business plans with publisher partners to accelerate growth, aligned with clear performance KPIs and scale objectives.
- Provide publishers with ongoing support through performance insights, market trends, optimization recommendations, and strategic commercial consulting.
- Collaborate closely with the Client Solutions and Product teams to ensure our ad solutions are optimized for publisher-driven advertisers.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Policy, Product, Creative, Data, and Marketing, to remove barriers, improve performance, and ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Gather field insights to inform product development, tooling improvements, and integration workflows relevant to publisher marketers.
Requirements: Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience managing partner relationships, with strong familiarity with performance marketing.
- Proven track record in driving operational excellence through cross-functional project leadership, both internally and externally.
- Experience in building activation pipelines and driving scalable growth.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of performance KPIs such as CTR, CVR, ROI, and RPC.
- Experience working with publishers, aggregators, or feed providers within performance marketing ecosystems.
- Data-savvy, results-driven mindset with fluency in English and Hebrew .
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the Search Arbitrage ecosystem and monetization models.
- Familiarity with tracking tools, MMPs, or postback integrations to monitor and optimize performance.
- Knowledge and experience with API integrations or automation workflows.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working with Russian-speaking clients is an advantage
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
