Were currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in either our Chicago, Illinois or Tel Aviv, Israel office. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities
Own and optimize the P&L for your portfolio of partners, collaborating closely with data, content, and paid search teams to hit and exceed targets.
Leverage data and analysis to identify untapped revenue opportunities, inform strategy, and drive performance improvements.
Build and manage strategic partnerships with high-value clients, identifying shared goals and delivering win-win outcomes.
Stay constantly informed of changes to client products, services, and goals and proactively communicate these updates across internal teams.
Conduct competitive analysis to understand advertiser KPIs, spot trends, and uncover new angles for growth.
Monitor daily performance data to identify and troubleshoot issues in Real-Time, minimizing disruptions and maximizing impact.
Scale client budgets through performance-driven optimization and clear communication of value.Maintain detailed and organized partner records, ensuring data integrity through our proprietary CMS.

Requirements: University degree - preferably B.Sc. in Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or related field
Near-native English fluency
Strong business acumen and excellent analytical skills
Ability and desire to understand clients businesses and needs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent teamwork & communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment
Proactive attitude with strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
