An HR Generalist & Operations is the backbone of the Human Resources department. As an HR Generalist & Operations at our company, you will be instrumental in supporting our human resources operations, to ensure effective HR processes. Your exceptional organizational skills and familiarity with HR functions will contribute to the smooth running of all HR operations.
We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and proactive HR Generalist & Operations to join our dynamic HR team and be responsible for a broad range of administrative duties across the entire employee lifecycle. This role is essential in supporting HR operations management and projects, ensuring the smooth execution of HR activities and projects, compliance with organizational policies, and the delivery of exceptional service to employees.
The role assists with payroll and compensation tasks as required. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
HR Operations Support:
Prepare employee-related documents, including salary adjustment letters, role change communications, and other employment letters.
Maintain and update HR templates, forms, and databases.
Support the implementation, monitoring, and communication of HR policies and procedures, and keeping company policies up-to-date.
HRIS &Data Management:
Assist in managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system-HiBob.
Extract, analyze, and present HR data to support decision-making.
Payroll &Benefits Support:
Coordinate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee data.
Support compensation and benefits administration and assist employees with related inquiries.
Reports &Analytics:
Generate and analyze regular HR reports, such as headcount, turnover, and other key metrics.
Prepare professional presentations, dashboards, and reports for management meetings.
Gather and compile data for various HR projects and initiatives.
Project Management:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing HR projects and process improvements.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Administrative Support:
Handling administrative tasks, in related to HR Projects.
Requirements: 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist/Administrator or in a similar HR role
Proficiency in HiBob HRIS (mandatory)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis tools)
Strong ability to create visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (high-level English is required)
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Experience coordinating and managing multiple HR projects simultaneously
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field
