Requirements: 46 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or a related field, with at least 3 years in CRO, demonstrating a strong track record of improving conversion rates through end-to-end planning and execution.
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify insights, test hypotheses, and drive measurable improvements.
Proficiency in web analytics such as Mixpanel, Quantum Metric, Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, or similar platforms for data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in user testing tools such as usertesting.com, Lyssna (UsabilityHub), or similar platforms.
Experience conducting competitive research to benchmark conversion strategies and identify market opportunities.
Deep understanding of UX principles, usability best practices, and user psychology to create seamless and conversion-optimized experiences.
Proven ability to manage CRO initiatives end-to-end, from hypothesis generation to implementation, analysis, and scaling.
Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys, optimizing experiences from the first touchpoint to conversion and retention.
Proactive mindset with the ability to distill complex insights into clear, actionable strategies and communicate findings effectively to cross-functional teams.
Naturally curious and people-oriented, able to collaborate across teams and challenge assumptions to drive meaningful improvements.
BS or MS in Psychology, Math, Statistics, or a related quantitative field is an advantage
