Responsibilities:
As "Site Operations Team Leader" you will be in charge of:
Manage orders flow from sites to factory volume, due dates, priority, allocation
Coordination between main business units real time operational impact during high season. Factory Sales - Customer service
Manage Customer ETA expectations when will my package arrive?
Manage shipping offering ETA, gaps, pricing, messaging, available options
Manage shipping offering testing setup and control
Manage cross site elements, messaging, and settings based on ETA during high season
Manage QA team member responsible for QA of processes above
E-commerce Operations Department is looking for Site Operations Lead.
