We are currently seeking a General Manager to lead the global Lycored business from end-to-end. The Lycored GM reports to the Board of Lycored and this role and the Lycored headquarters team are located in Beer Sheva, Israel.
This role includes the following challenges:
Manage end-to-end large scale global innovative business including research and development, manufacturing and operations, sales and marketing
Achieve P&L targets and deliver sales, profit, profitability, cash flow, and other business goals and objectives to grow the company.
Establish and execute goals for sales growth, expanding market share, profit contribution to achieve business results. This includes budget management, product innovation and launching, profitable commercial and marketing activities as well as long term planning and investment management.
Create and maintain relationships with customers at all levels of the organization.
Ensure proper management of working capital (inventories and product availability), through active participation in planning meetings.
Report on the units financial results both on monthly and quarterly basis according to the global guidelines.
Manage staff, including performance monitoring, mentoring, development and training.

Requirements: Ideal profile experience:
Experience as a General Manager or CEO of an industrial company (revenues of 40 million dollars or more) or alternatively a business unit manager in a large industrial company.
Background in the food or healthcare industry - a significant advantage
Experience in a company with significant commercial activity abroad
Experience in a company with production activity and operational understanding - a significant advantage
Experience in managing an innovative company based on research and development
Travel:
Up to 25% travel
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Science, or other related field.
MBA/Masters degree a plus.
