We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Manager in driving our expansion by leading and executing end-to-end recruitment processes across all hiring channels internal technology positions and technology outsourcing alike. This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on work
Requirements: * Proven experience of at least 10 years in high-tech recruitment, managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for various roles.
* Hands-on expertise across all recruitment stages: proactive sourcing, job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding.
* Experience in leading and mentoring a small, professional recruitment team; ability to foster growth, motivation, and effective collaboration.
* Solid background in developing and optimizing sourcing strategies for technological positions, supporting organizational hiring goals in a stable, effective manner.
* Proven ability to recruit for both internal and outsourcing/contractor positions, ensuring all channels are driven to meet defined recruitment targets.
* Practical experience with Commit ATS, leveraging system features for process efficiency and data -driven decision making -strong advantage.
* Familiarity with Defense filed- strong advantage
* Academic relevant degree.
* Advanced proficiency with ATS/recruitment platforms, digital sourcing tools, Microsoft Office products, and computer systems.
* Demonstrated experience in recruiting for technological roles in northern Israel, including willingness to travel from time to time.
* High attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Superior interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills; patience, flexibility, and a strong collaborative approach.
* Experience with innovative recruitment techniques, including the use of AI tools, digital platforms, and forward-thinking sourcing channels integrated into the recruitment workflow.
