Responsibilities
Own the full product lifecycle: market research, ideation, definition, development, validation, launch, and post-launch optimizations.
Define product requirements and translate them into clear PRDs and specifications for R&D and mechanical/electrical design teams.
Collaborate with clinical and regulatory affairs to support validation studies and submission processes.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to drive continuous product improvements.
Serve as the central point of contact for product-related decisions, balancing input from multiple stakeholders.
Ensure products meet performance, safety, and compliance standards across global markets.
Requirements: 4-5+ years of product management experience, preferably in aesthetics, beauty tech, or medical device industries (consumer or professional).
Direct experience with energy-based devices (RF, EMS, LED, ultrasound, etc.) - an advantage
Experience with at least one product that is both hardware and software-based.
Proven track record of managing products from concept to launch.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience working closely with R&D, design, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in a corporate or structured product development environment is preferred.
Experience working with international distributors - a plus
Familiarity with regulatory processes (FDA, CE, NMPA) - an advantage
Comfortable working across clinical, regulatory, R&D, and commercial domains.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, life sciences, business, or similar).
Based locally with ability to work from office at least 4 days/week.
Fluent in English.
