About the Role Were looking for a highly organized and action-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team in Taiwan. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of marketing operations in Taiwan. You will coordinate and manage key online marketing activities, roadshows, trade shows, and the production of marketing collateral and merchandise. Youll be responsible for:
* Develop and Implement Go-to-Market Strategies: Formulate comprehensive strategies that align marketing communication objectives with annual sales goals.
* Create Compelling Presentations: Generate impactful presentations for global and regional management teams to drive informed business decisions.
* Execute Marketing Plans: Implement plans that capitalize on identified growth opportunities.
* Lead Product Launches: Manage product launches for new products, achieving strong market acceptance and customer engagement. Develop persuasive messaging to effectively communicate the brand's value proposition to diverse customer segments.
* Website Management and SEO : Maintain the Taiwan website and orchestrate SEO and Google AdWords campaigns with an advertising agency, resulting in a significant increase in website traffic.
* Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Leverage integrated marketing communication campaigns, including email marketing, digital marketing, article publications, videos, case studies, seminars, and tradeshows to amplify brand presence and drive lead generation.
* Budget Management: Efficiently manage the annual marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation and ROI.
* /Analyze Campaign KPIs: Measure success and drive continuous improvement in marketing strategies through KPI analysis.
* Execute Quarterly Marketing Events: Organize quarterly marketing events with ten channel partners in Taiwan, nurturing strong partnerships and fostering business growth. Support channel partners' marketing campaigns, including website content review, quarterly events, webinars, and tradeshows.

* Expertise in HubSpot and Drupal: Proficiency in HubSpot for CRM management, Marketing Automation, and reporting, as well as Drupal for CMS.
* Reporting and data Analysis: Hands-on experience with reporting dashboards (GA4 and BI) and working with data and insights to design and deliver engagement programs.
