* Oversee daily office operations vendors, supplies, scheduling, events, etc.
* Responsible for office maintenance and repairs, collecting office tickets, and working with vendors and service providers.
* Support HR operations and administration, including onboarding/offboarding processes, gifts, social events and more.
* Lead Employee Experience & welfare team events, birthdays, happy hours
* Provide administrative support across departments as needed
Requirements: * 1-3 years of experience in a similar role a must
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
* Strong multitasking and time management skills
* High service orientation, discretion, initiative, and excellent interpersonal skills
* High-level English reading, writing, and speaking- a must
