As a Support Engineer Level II, you will contribute to our IT support team, providing advanced technical support and acting as an escalation point for complex issues. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
Take part in an on-call rotation to handle urgent issues 24/7.
Track tasks and tickets via Jira/Zendesk, reporting regularly to IT leadership.
