Design and implement scalable network architectures based on modern cloud and hyperscale principles.
Drive network automation using Python, Golang, Shell, or similar technologies.

What will you do?
The network expert team is part of the customer services group, as a network expert you will act as an escalation point for NOC, customers, and onboarding team for technical network issues.
Assist in incident response and support customers during network events and attacks.
Work with network architects, engineering, and R&D on infrastructure improvements.
Actively monitor, react, and troubleshoot system events and alerts.
Investigate and resolve network related issues.
The position requires on-call duties.

Be responsible for requests from the field, related to our global corporate on-premise and cloud infrastructure. This includes servers, storage appliances, active network equipment, firewalls, cloud services, cloud automations, CI/CD and other initiatives.

We are looking for a Senior Network Technical Lead to own the full technical lifecycle of network and security infrastructure projects - from requirements and design through implementation, customer acceptance, and handover
This is a technical-authority role, not a hands-on-keyboard-only position: the person sets direction for other engineers and is accountable for every design decision on the project.
Core Responsibilities:
Own solution design end-to-end: translate customer requirements into secure, scalable network architectures, and produce HLD and LLD documentation.
Lead technical delivery - installation, configuration, migrations, and upgrades of enterprise network and security infrastructure.
Make and defend architecture and security design decisions spanning routing, switching, firewalling, and access control.

we are looking for a Lab Manager.
As our Lab Manager, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Development, Product, QA, Automation, Research, and DevOps to design and deliver the topologies our product is built and tested on. You'll translate sprint requirements into functional lab environments, manage their lifecycle, and keep the whole operation running efficiently.

we are looking for a Head of DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure.
This is a director-level leadership role, not an IC stretch assignment. You will lead our DevOps organization - which already has a team leader running day-to-day delivery - and operate one level up: setting direction, owning the roadmap, making architecture and build-vs-buy calls with authority, and representing infrastructure at the leadership table. Close enough to the work to guide it in depth, senior enough to own it end to end.
What Youll be Doing:
Own cloud infrastructure and security as one strategy: architecture, scale, and the path to our next order of magnitude of growth, with our security and compliance posture (IAM, secrets, hardened baselines, SOC 2 / ISO 27001 audit readiness) built in from the start, not bolted on.
Own the SDLC end to end, and drive AI into every stage of it: measure delivery performance (lead time, deployment frequency, change failure rate) and use AI to improve each stage of the lifecycle - planning, code review, testing, release, and operations - alongside AIOps practices like automated/self-healing recovery and intelligent alerting.
Own FinOps as a strategic discipline: the cloud bill is a P&L line you're accountable for, with unit economics driven down every quarter.
Own vendor and contractual relationships across cloud, tooling, and infrastructure services - negotiating leverage, not just approving invoices.
Lead the DevOps organization through its team leader: set technical direction and standards, develop the team leader into a stronger manager, and grow the bench beneath them.
Partner as a peer with Backend, Infra, AI, Data, Product, Security and Finance leadership - infrastructure decisions get made with you in the room, not after.
