About the position Reporting directly to VP HR of the company, this full time position is based in Tel-Aviv, requires someone who thrives in autonomy and a true maestro of execution and creativity. Youll lead the creation, planning and rolling out of Employee Experience initiatives globally. With a knack for independent work and a talent for bringing innovative ideas to life, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring our employees are not just satisfied but ecstatic about their work environment. Essentially, youll be the dynamo powering our diverse community, deeply caring, attuned to our staffs needs, and relentlessly proactive. Responsibilities
* Develop innovative, trendy and relevant yearly global experience plans that match our fast-paced work environment and culture needs
* Manage the global annual budget for Employee Experience initiatives and plans
* Plan and execute every aspect of the company's parties, holiday toasts, team events, lectures and other employee wellbeing events
* Work closely with the global management team in order to build their regions holistic wellbeing plan
* Manage employee wellbeing routine processes, including welcoming new employees, life cycle gifts, etc.
* Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of Employee Experience initiatives, and provide recommendations to improve future strategies
* Lead the employer branding efforts to enhance the companys reputation as a great place to work.
Requirements: Requirements
* 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar position in a high tech company or startup
* Excellent level of English
* Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and demanding environment
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
* Highly organized with attention to detail and an outstanding work ethic
* Demonstrating a strong sense of autonomy and initiative
* Great communication skills: written and verbal
* Service-oriented, positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude
