Were seeking a talented and experienced CTO to lead our monetization ad ops and product strategy. The role includes:
Playing a critical role in the technical direction of the company, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
Managing a team and the technology roadmap.
Helping to build our next-generation, top-of-the-line systems.
Ensuring the solution can scale up significantly.
Responsible for the product development cycle from end-to-end: from ideation, competitive analysis, clients validations, through discovery with R&D, specs writing to launching, A/B testing and monitoring.
Collaborate effectively with sales, customer success and marketing teams, to obtain requirements and design innovative solutions that meet our strategies.
Regularly meet clients to learn about their pains and problems. Obtain market insights directly or through customer-facing teams.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a CTO, tech lead, demonstrating the ability to oversee the delivery of products from start to finish.
Experience working in Ad-Tech companies and with web, B2B products is a big advantage.
More than 5 years of hands-on development experience.
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to grow and mentor an engineering team.
Experience in defining work methodologies.
Strong analytical skills; able to derive insights from data and adept at solving complex problems.
Proficiency in programmatic ad ops, including Google Ad Manager, and Monetization Protocols like Prebid.
Excellent communication skills ability to effectively engage with partners and customers.
Fluent and proficient in English (verbal and writing).

The position requires 5 days a week from the office.
We are located in Modiin.
