The Human Resources Manager at ICL Sdom drives HR strategies aligned with business goals.
The role supports site leadership, employee engagement, talent development, and effective HR processes.
Reporting to HR Senior Manager Sdom.
Responsibilities:
-Partner with leadership to align HR strategy and workforce planning.
-Support organizational design and lead strategic HR initiatives.
-Manage recruitment, onboarding, and integration with TA support.
-Promote engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
-Advise on employee relations and ensure consistent policy use.
-Lead performance management and career development processes.
-Coach managers on feedback and development.
-Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in HR preferred.
-Proven experience (5-10 years) as an HR Manager.
-Solid understanding of Israeli labor laws and regulations.
-Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
-Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with key stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and deliver results.
-Proven experience in labor relations in Israel, including negotiations with the unions and handling collective agreements - mandatory.
-Demonstrated track record of leading complex, cross-functional HR projects with measurable outcomes.
-Experience in an industrial or site environment - strong advantage.
-Proficiency in HRIS systems.
-Fluent in English.
