Role Overview: Were looking for a hands-on, data -driven Marketing Lead to take full ownership of our company's marketing strategy and execution. This role combines leadership with operational execution managing PPC campaigns, SDR campaigns, facebook campaigns, Media Materials, content, website performance, SEO, LinkedIn, social media, webinars, PR, and Marketing Automation. Youll work closely with the sales team to generate demand, create a consistent brand voice, and drive high-quality leads through the funnel. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy to support company growth and sales targets
* Manage and mentor a small marketing team, external freelancers, and creative resources
* Create from inception and maintain a structured marketing funnel for each channel (LinkedIn, facebook, SDR, Google, AI tools, email, webinars, etc.)
* Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads
* Oversee SEO strategy and execution, including weekly content updates and performance tracking
* Own the website content and structure, ensuring it reflects key updates, partnerships, and new features
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to align messaging, share feedback, and support enablement
* Manage social media accounts and coordinate regular, high-quality posts across platforms
* Monitor key KPIs such as CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and engagement metrics
* Build sales and marketing assets (presentations, one-pagers, case studies, videos) in collaboration with designers
* Lead the marketing contribution to major industry events and partner activations

Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in marketing (Ideally in B2B SaaS)
* 1+ years in a leadership or management role Fluent English both spoken and written is a must, as most clients are international and daily communication is in English
* Proven experience building structured marketing funnels and managing multi-channel campaigns
* Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
* Strong content, copywriting, and communication skills.
