About the Position:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment and Placement Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and placement of lecturers, as well as managing our industry relations activities to support the professional development of our students and graduates and integrate them into the high-tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Placement of Lecturers:
* Sourcing and recruiting new lecturers through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
* Matching lecturers to courses based on their expertise and experience.
* Conducting phone/Zoom interviews and setting expectations
* Negotiating and finalizing contracts
* Managing the lecturer community and strengthening relationships
Career Center Management:
* Expanding the client and company database and identifying opportunities for partnerships aimed at student job placements.
* Providing personal counseling to students and graduates, including resume matching, interview preparation, professional LinkedIn profile building, etc.
* Planning, organizing, developing, and delivering workshops (online/in-person) for students and graduates.
* Participating in course openings and completions (online/in-person)
* Coordinating and leading webinars and lectures with industry experts on recruitment and job search topics
* Managing and maintaining student and alumni communities, including posting relevant job opportunities on various platforms
* Leading projects in collaboration with industry companies, drafting contracts, and coordinating with students and lecturers.
* Collaborating with the marketing department to identify labor market trends, conducting market research, and analyzing competitor surveys.

Requirements: * Relevant bachelor's degree mandatory
* At least two years of experience in recruitment or human resources mandatory, with a preference for tech recruitment
* Excellent proficiency in English and Hebrew mandatory
* Ability to present and deliver content mandatory
* Experience in contract drafting and familiarity with labor laws a significant advantage
* Experience in education or academia advantage
* Independence, initiative, and ability to manage projects end-to-end mandatory
* Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork ability mandatory
* Full-time position, 9:00-18:00 (flexibility is required).
