We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Project Manager to lead, cross-functional initiatives across our Financial Business Applications landscape.
In this role, youll partner closely with the Finance team to translate business needs into application solutions, delivering impactful improvements to processes, efficiency, and reporting accuracy.
This position reports to the IT Business Application Director and is a temporary position (8 months) as a replacement for maternity leave.
Our work model is hybrid, combining remote and on-site work. This allows us to get things done when and where we are most productive.
What am I going to do?
Identifying, writing, and managing new financial business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrations between NetSuite and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Be the go-to professional - Be the main focal point and hands-on expert for finance, procurement & FP&A teams, and ensure the engagements are managed with a focus on high satisfaction and retention.
Be the primary contact with third-party developers on solutions. Leading the end-to-end development process from design to acceptance & implementation.
Perform all of the above in a SOX-compliant environment.
Provide end-user training and Support.

What will you actually be doing?
Prepare and review the monthly payroll output, reconcile, prepare JEs for the ERP system, and prepare an analytical report (for both global and hourly employees).
Prepare the monthly attendance report using the attendance system, which you will oversee.
Calculate social funds, tax, and pension insurance deductions.
Manage payroll activities and notices related to the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Work closely with the People team regarding onboarding (101 forms), automating processes, and providing ad-hoc support.
Be the focal point for employees payroll inquiries.
Responsible for submitting military service claims to social security.
Be responsible for submitting 102 reports (social security, pension, tax, etc.).
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all payroll and financial data.

* Support the annual budget process and perform ongoing budget control.
* Prepare and analyze quarterly and annual forecasts including input from business leaders.
* Provide business leaders with ongoing financial reporting, main takeaways and recommendations to support decision making.
* Consolidation & analysis of company worldwide results compared to prior periods, budget and forecast.
* Preparation of periodic reports, presentations and ad hoc analysis for senior management.
* Lead the development of new reports; Initiate process improvements and reporting automations, including implementation of relevant AI tools, to increase efficiency and accuracy.
* Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders within the company.
* Manage HC & Payroll analysis. Support the implementation process of a new HC tool.

On your day to day
Financial budgeting and on-going forecasting processes, while engaging various stakeholders in the company
Monthly & Quarterly budget vs actual process (analysis, reports and presentations)
Collaborate with the Accounting Team and take part in the month closing process
Calculate and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), to drive actionable insights
Build & develop financial models and ad-hoc analysis projects, providing management-added value and supporting business decisions.
