We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Expert FP&A Analyst to join our growing Finance Team. This role is a key strategic partner to cross-functional leaders, helping to shape and drive financial decisions across the company. You will play a pivotal role in bringing structure, insight, and actionable recommendations to a fast-paced, scaling environment.

As an FP&A Analyst, your responsibilities encompass a wide range of financial planning and analysis tasks, working closely with various departments to drive strategic decision-making and financial performance. Your key duties include:
Financial Modeling and Analysis: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive business cases. Conduct statistical analysis and create projections to guide strategic decisions by utilizing advanced analytical tools to build models and generate insightful reports.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, legal, sales, finance, marketing, and strategic planning teams, collect and analyze essential data and insights from multiple departments and maintain strong business partner relationships across the organization
Strategic Planning Support: Provide accurate and timely financial analysis to support the strategic and ongoing planning process
Financial Reporting and Performance Management: Prepare and present financial reports to executives, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage profit and loss (P&L) statements
Process Improvement and Best Practices: Continuously refine financial analysis methodologies and implement best practices in financial planning and forecasting to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in financial analysis.
Demonstrated analytical skills with experience in analyzing large datasets using advanced data analysis techniques to derive high-value insights.
Proficiency in analysis tools and software such as Excel, BI tools, and SQL is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, build relationships, and influence decision-making.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Proactive, problem-solving attitude with a business partnering orientation and a can-do approach.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
