Position: Operations Manager
**Location: Karmiel, Lower Galilee, Israel**
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the resort, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and facilities management.
- Ensure seamless coordination between various departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
-Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
-Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
-Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
-Manage budget to align with goals of business
- Manage and optimize operational budgets to achieve financial targets and maintain cost-efficiency.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Supervise and train staff members to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop strategic plans for business growth and enhancement of guest offerings.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in operations management within the hospitality industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Proficient in MS Office and property management software.
