About the Role:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities, driving project growth, and expanding the company's presence across key markets, including Smart City, Education, Transportation, Industrial, and Commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities and projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, consultants, and end users.
Manage and monitor projects from opportunity identification through completion.
Prepare project quotations, tender documents, and technical proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
Promote the company's solutions through bus
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field - an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales and project sales.
Experience in CCTV, ICT, or Smart City sectors - a significant advantage.
Proven experience managing complex projects and customer relationships.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Good command of English and Hebrew.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
