Organization is aiming to expand its operations and is looking for an experienced Director of Sales to create and manage the entire sales operation. The Director of Sales will possess the expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes for a variety of B2B and B2C customers including Jewish day schools in the US.
Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and maintain a sales pipeline for all of our products, including the development of specific sales processes per product / industry
Attract, hire, and retain high performing talent with an aptitude to learn and grow
Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity forecasts to proactively adapt to changing conditions
Report to the CEO and work cross-functionally with Marketing and additional stakeholders
Requirements: Requirements
A bachelors degree, higher education qualification, or equivalent in marketing or a related field
At least four years of experience in a hospitality, educational, or tourism sales setting, with direct supervisory experience over a sales team
Working knowledge of the Jewish landscape in the US
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Demonstrated ability in the following areas: planning, opportunity qualification and objection handling, call planning, structure, and control, time and territory management
Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures and geographies
Track record of building relationships with senior executives and decision makers
Native English, fluency in Hebrew and additional languages are a plus
