What you'll do:
Talent Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with R&D leaders to define hiring needs for Israel Location, build talent strategies, and understand the skills and expertise required for various team roles.
Sourcing & Screening: Source, identify, and engage top engineering and product talent across multiple channels, including job boards, networking events, and referrals. Review resumes, conduct screening calls, and recommend qualified candidates.
Candidate Experience: Manage and enhance the candidate journey, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Champion diversity and inclusion in all aspects of recruitment.
Interviewing & Assessments: Work with hiring managers to structure interview processes, define interview criteria, and ensure the assessment process is fair and unbiased. Facilitate technical and behavioral interviews with candidates.
Offer Management & Negotiation: Lead the offer process, including salary discussions, benefits explanations, and negotiating terms to secure the best talent for our engineering and product teams.
Data-Driven Recruitment: Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, candidate feedback) and use this data to continuously improve the hiring process.
Talent Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles. Foster relationships with passive candidates and maintain ongoing communication.
Requirements: Experience you'll need:
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with a focus on engineering and product roles.
Strong understanding of technical roles, the engineering lifecycle, and product development processes.
Proven experience building strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams.
Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
Strong communication skills (English and Hebrew) and ability to present a compelling employer brand.
Preferred Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Greenhouse recruitment tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a tech startup or high-growth environment.
Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other niche engineering/product communities.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
