This is a key leadership position within us in the region. Reporting to our Vice President of Paid Media, you will shape our paid media strategy, leading our team, and ensuring our services remain the best.
You will define the strategic vision for your region and collaborating with our global leadership team to align on best practices and increase revenue for both our clients and our operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Drive the strategic direction and growth of the Paid Media department in the region.
Lead strategic conversations with senior clients and key stakeholders, serving as the main Paid Media reference.
Oversee and define paid media strategies (Search, Social, Display, etc) aligned with client business goals.
Mentor and manage a team of paid media professionals, including strategy, guidance and hands-on involvement.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of industry trends and platform updates.
Oversee resource allocation to ensure effective execution.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., SEO, Creative, Analytics) to develop integrated and holistic marketing strategies.
Requirements: Fluent in both Hebrew and English.
Over 5 years of hands-on experience managing Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display campaigns.
Proficiency with a range of paid media platforms, analytics tools and reporting dashboards.
Experience leading a Paid Media team.
Analytical skills, with a data-driven approach.
A passion for leveraging AI and automation to elevate paid media performance.
