We are looking for an HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition to lead and drive the end-to-end hiring lifecycle and support the ongoing strengthening and development of our organization.
Your life at MA?LYS will look like…
* Own the full recruitment cycle for both Israeli and US roles—from kick-off with hiring managers to sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, closing, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
* Conduct in-depth interviews and ensure a consistent, candidate-centric hiring process.
* Analyze recruitment performance and metrics to identify trends and drive process improvements.
* Support managers as a trusted HR partner, including coaching, feedback, and day-to-day guidance.
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and design effective hiring and engagement strategies.
* Execute cross-company HR processes such as engagement surveys, annual performance reviews, and L&D initiatives.
* Develop and execute employer branding strategies, including managing MA?LYS's recruitment-related social media presence and careers page.
* Collaborate with managers on career development plans, team structure, and ongoing people-related needs.
You will thrive in this role if you have…
* 5+ years of in-house Talent Acquisition experience.
* Experience recruiting for Product & GTM roles an advantage.
* Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and ATS platforms (Comeet).
* HRBP experience, including manager coaching, driving L&D plans, and career pathing - High advantage.
* A proactive, independent, “owner” mindset.
* Strong relationship-building abilities and stakeholder management skills.
* Full professional proficiency in English and Hebrew.
