Responsibilities:
Responsibilities General Admin:
* Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
* Organize and schedule meetings.
* Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
* Makes travel arrangements for staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
* Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
HR Admin:
* Full Administration and maintenance of the HR system.
* Ensure all information of employees is on file and up to date including salaries on the HR system.
* Assistance with the Onboarding and the Offboarding processes, in and out of Israel.
Finance & Legal:
* Issue client invoices and track collection.
* Work with company consultants. Provide all required info to procure insurance policies.
* Working with suppliers on comp& ben in the US (including employees 401k+Medical cover).
Welfare & Employee relations:
* Build and execute an annual welfare plan and budget.
* Happy hours: Weekly and special occasions.
* Plan and execute company's annual event.
* Plan and execute company's team building activities.
Requirements: * Proven experience in an Administrative Assistant/operations role in a fast-growing company (Start-up).
* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
* Proven experience in meeting and travel scheduling.
* Proven experience in HR systems.
* Proven experience in planning and executing welfare plans and budgets.
* Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
* Service orientation and approach.
* English at a very high level.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
