Responsibilities
Lead the deployment of high priority country focused HR programmes and initiatives, aligned to the country people plan.

Youll partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs, attract top-tier talent, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
This is an on-site role requiring presence at office 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.) to find qualified candidates for a variety of roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Lead and manage the candidate experience, providing timely and constructive feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure that all recruitment activities are aligned with the companys hiring strategy.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain compliance with internal processes and data privacy regulations.
Drive employer branding efforts through social media, community engagement, internal ambassadors and others.
Requirements:
Up to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record of sourcing and hiring top tech talent.
Proven ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, understand team needs, and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
Deep understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and tech communities.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, or startup environment ability to adapt quickly and manage shifting priorities.
Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-oriented, with a willingness to take ownership.
Previous experience recruiting for global teams or working in an international hiring environment is a strong advantage.
Fluent in English (written and spoken), with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
